🫖 Ingredients
2 tsp Calm Cup Chamomile Tea (dried)
½ cup Hot Water (for brewing tea)
1¾ cups All-Purpose Flour
1½ tsp Baking Powder
¼ tsp Salt
½ cup Unsalted Butter (softened)
½ cup Sugar (adjust to taste)
2 Eggs
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Lemon Zest
½ cup Brewed Chamomile Tea (cooled)
¼ cup Milk (any of your choice)
Optional: Honey drizzle or lemon glaze for topping
🍯 Instructions
Brew the Tea:Steep Calm Cup Chamomile Tea in ½ cup hot water for 5–7 minutes. Strain and let it cool.
Preheat the Oven:Set oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a muffin tray with paper liners or grease lightly.
Mix Dry Ingredients:In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
Cream Butter & Sugar:In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
Add Flavors:Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, and brewed chamomile tea.
Combine Wet & Dry:Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients. Add milk and mix gently — just until combined.
Fill & Bake:Spoon batter into muffin cups (about ¾ full). Bake 20–25 mins, or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
